Nelky Vazquez - Room 1 (2s)
Ms. Nelky is in her sixth year teaching at the CDC. She has been working with children for 27 years. Nelky has her Child Development Associate Credential, VPK Certification, and speaks both English and Spanish. She continues to pursue her education classes beyond the required 45 DCF hours and attend the annual FLAYEYC conference. In her free time Nelky enjoys traveling to Puerto Rico with her husband, Joe, their son, and their grandchildren.
2016 Ornella 
 Ornella- Room 1(2s)
Ornella has been with the CDC since July 2016. She was born in Italy and raised in Miami. Throughout her life she has managed to learn and speak fluently four languages; English, Italian, Spanish and French. She gained knowledge and experience in teaching while volunteering for two years at an elementary school in Miami. She lived in France, teaching English at an International school for two years, but moved to Orlando to continue to finish her education at UCF in order to gain her bachelors in teaching. She enjoys drawing in her free time and likes to inspire children to be creative.
Ana Sainten-Coogler - Room 4 (3s)
Ms. Ana is in her sixth year at the CDC.  She looks forward to meeting some of you for the first time and welcoming some of you for the second time around.  Ana has a degree in psychology and worked for many years with young children in a variety of settings. She is married and has two daughters with whom she enjoys cooking, eating, reading, watching movies, and listening to music. She is also a fan of dark chocolate!!
Cristina Romero-Room 9

This is Ms. Cristina's third year teaching at the CDC.  She has a diploma in Business Administration from Valencia College and had obtained her DCF 45 hour certification.  Cristina has been working with children for over ten years through the children ministry at her church and babysitting.  She is an avid reader and shares her love of books by volunteering as a Reading Buddy with Orange County Head Start.  Cristina is an Orlando native and mother of a beautiful daughter.  Together they enjoy taking advantage of all the fun things our city has to offer like theme parks, nature trails, and beaches. In her free time Cristina enjoys traveling, going to rummage sales, live music and festivals, and spending time with her friends and family. 

Hollie Hinton - Baby House Transition 
Ms. Hollie has been with the CDC since 1998 and keeps coming back for the same reason - the joy that children bring to her life! She believes that each and every child is their own little unique individual, that watching them grow and bloom is truly incredible, and is excited to help them partake in the journey they are on. 
She has completed her state mandated 45 hours and will be renewing her CPR and First Aid Certification. Although she has a few classes toward her CDA she continues with her early childhood education as well. She wants you to know that you're in good hands here. She looks forward to singing, playing, dancing, reading, arts and crafts, and a ton of exploration this year!
 Delys Lopez
Delys Lopez - Room 7 (2s)
This will be Mrs. Lopez’s fifth year teaching at the CDC.  She has been working with children for the last 20 years! Mrs. Lopez is married with two kids of her own and is a very proud grandmother to her first grandson. She continues to pursue her Child Development Associate Credential through her education classes. In her free time Mrs. Lopez enjoys spending time with her family and attending her church.
 Andrea Davis
Andrea Davis - Room 8 (3s)
Ms. Andrea, a native of Jamaica, moved to Florida in December of 2000 to join her husband. She has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been working with children for over seventeen years, seven of which have been spent here with our CDC families. Andrea continues to educate herself by attending regular in-service classes and the annual FLAEYC Conference. Andrea is happily married with one son and enjoys running, dancing, reading, and watching movies. She loves children dearly and will continue to teach and nurture them to the best of her ability.
 Mary McDonald
Mary McDonald - Room 8 (3s)
Ms. Mary is in her sixth year at the CDC. She is a Florida native, born and raised in Winter Park. Mary has been working with children for 26 years and has completed a CDA in Early Childhood Education, her 45 hours of DCF training, and an additional 20 hours of in-service training every year. Mary feels so blessed to be able to work with your child during this very important time in their life. She loves to go to the beach, swim, go for walks, and spend time with her grandchildren.
2016 Lori
Lori Templeton - Room 11 (3s)

Lori is in her 11th year of teaching preschool. She has studied and worked in many different fields such as law and medicine. However, she always comes back to teaching because that is where her heart is. Lori previously worked as an EMT, a Medical Assistant and also studied Child Psychology. These positions have prepared her in to be the best Early Childhood teacher she can be! Lori was born in Boston and lived in South Florida for many years before calling Central Florida her home. She is married, and has two amazing children ages 12 and 13. Lori is very excited to be a part of CPUMC and to watch our school grow!

Lellanny Farjaro - Room 11 (3s)
Ms. Lellanny has been with the CDC since February 2016. She has majored in psychology and continues to pursue her degree in the educational field. She has worked as a psych tech in a facility with children before coming to CDC to continue working and gaining knowledge in her field. She was born and raised in Miami with an incredibly close family who call her daily. A few of her favorite activities are reading and spending time with others.
Kari Giometti - Room 102 (4s)
Ms. Kari has been at the CDC since 2009 and working with children since she was 15.  Kari has been married for nine years and has two rambunctious boys.  She and her family enjoy going to the beach almost every weekend, camping, and playing in the park.
Whitney Swing - Room 102 (4s)
Ms. Whitney was born in Dayton, Ohio and soon after moved to Vero Beach, Florida where she grew up. She recently graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a bachelor's degree in Communications and Public Relations but plans to further her education by taking classes in Early Childhood Development. She is DCF certified and has been working with children since the age of 14 through child care, summer camps, being a youth counselor, and teaching dance and gymnastics. She was a trained dancer for over 12 years and, outside of work, enjoys continuing to dance as well as spend time with family and friends. She hopes to bring as much inspiration and joy to the children she teaches as they bring to her.
Ryan Adams-Room 7
Mr. Ryan has been working at the CDC for over four years. His hobbies include writing and recording music, hiking, and hanging out with family and friends.  
Bridget Gorman - Room 103 (4s)
Ms. Bridget has been teaching children for over 12 years. She graduated from State University of New York with an Associate Degree in Recreational Leadership. She has a Childcare Development Specialist Certificate from Orlando Tech Florida Department of Education. Bridget greatly enjoyed building a school and teaching in Zambia, Africa but also loves the time she's spent as a Pre-K teacher here at the CDC.

Aileen  Rodriguez - Spanish Teacher
Ms. Aileen was born in Puerto Rico and has been with the CDC since 2011. During her time here her goal has been to introduce your children to Spanish in a fun and interesting way. She sees her work as a way to share God's love with the children. Ms. Aileen is happily married with three wonderful children of her own.
