Welcome to College Park United Methodist Child Development Center! We are an established, faith-based, Early Childhood Education Program. Our school is part of College Park United Methodist Church and has been a mission program for the church and the community for the past 62 years.

We are thrilled to welcome you to our CDC family and we look forward to partnering with you in the beginning stages of your child’s education. The CDC is made up of a family of highly qualified and loving, Christian teachers, administrators and staff, who bring years of experience to our center. We will assist each child in developing their potential as children of God and we look forward to the many special activities we will share with your children, as well as the entire family.

Early childhood is an exciting time filled with wonder and exploration. College Park CDC is dedicated to providing a safe, quality experience for each child, and our goal is to individualize the needs of each child as necessary for their own personal development.

We offer a Christ-centered, emergent curriculum that is designed to meet the needs of all aspects of development in young children. Our weekly themed activities focus on academics, literature, gross motor and fine motor skills, creativity, and socialization. Our program also includes, Christian Education, music and singing, Spanish, and out-sourced Physical Education programs, including soccer and gymnastics. Each day will be filled with fun and exciting opportunities to help your child develop spiritually, academically and socially. Effectively communicating is essential among our teachers, administrative staff, families, the church and the community. We love to have fun and we want your child’s experience at the CDC to be a wonderful one!

As the Director of the CDC, I am committed to our vision of:

"Growing and Learning in the Light of His Love”

Please know that my door is always open, even if it’s closed, and I am more than happy to discuss any concerns or questions you may have. I look forward to the year ahead as we work together in building a foundation for your child’s future. I can’t wait to see how God will continue to bless and work in the ministry of CPUMC – Child Development Center!

Joy in Jesus,
